Use of Products


All lifting equipment must be used by trained personnel and in accordance with applicable laws and safety standards.

Standards & Compliance


Products comply with:

  • EN 13155
  • EN 1492
  • Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC

Documentation


Deliveries include relevant certificates, WLL, and traceability where applicable.


Warranty


12-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects only.


Liability


Liability is limited to the invoice value. NordicHandling is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.


Delivery


Delivery in accordance with Incoterms 2020.


International Sales


Buyer is responsible for compliance with local laws outside the EU.

USA & Australia

  • USA: No implied warranties to the extent permitted by law
  • Australia: Consumer rights remain under applicable law
